1. Acceptance
By creating an EventLens account or uploading content to an EventLens-powered event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. The service
EventLens provides organizers with tooling to host live event galleries, including QR-based uploads, AI-assisted moderation, live walls, sponsor branding, analytics, and public recap pages.
3. Organizer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the event you run, including obtaining any necessary permissions from guests and venues.
- You must comply with applicable law, including data protection and consent rules in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, sponsor information, and branding you upload.
- You agree to use the moderation tools provided to keep the event experience safe for guests.
4. Guest uploads
Guests who upload content represent that they have the right to share that content and agree it may be displayed on the event's live wall, recap page, and other event surfaces. Guests must not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
5. AI-assisted moderation
EventLens uses automated moderation to screen uploads. AI moderation is highly effective but not perfect. Organizers acknowledge that no automated system can guarantee 100% accuracy and agree to use the manual review and moderation console tools when appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not (a) reverse engineer the service, (b) use it to upload unlawful content, (c) attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or security controls, or (d) use it to harm or harass others.
7. Payment and plans
Paid plans are billed per event or as agreed in a Signature contract. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and features may change for future events; existing event commitments are honored.
8. Content ownership
Organizers and guests retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading, you grant EventLens a limited license to host, display, process, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service for your event.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventLens disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Organizers may close their account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email.
